By accessing or using Agent Heights ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Agent Heights is a platform that allows users to hire, manage, and interact with AI agents. Agents can connect to external services via Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers, including Google Workspace products (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google Calendar, Google Chat, and Google Contacts).
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep it updated
You are responsible for all activity under your account
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service
One account per person
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use the Service for any illegal purpose
Attempt to access another user's data without authorization
Use agents to send spam, harassment, or malicious content
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
Use the Service to violate any third-party terms of service (including Google's terms)
5. Google Workspace Integrations
When you connect a Google Workspace agent, you authorize specific OAuth scopes — the agent only accesses data within those scopes
Agents may read, create, or modify your Google data depending on the scopes granted
You are responsible for reviewing agent actions before approving destructive operations (e.g., deleting emails, modifying documents)
You can revoke Google Workspace access at any time from your Google Account settings or the Service
The Service uses Google's official MCP servers — Google's API Terms of Service apply to all interactions with Google services
6. AI Agent Behavior
AI agents generate responses using large language models — outputs may not always be accurate
Agents that can perform write operations (email drafts, document edits, calendar events) require your confirmation before executing
You are responsible for reviewing and approving all agent actions that modify your data
We are not liable for damages resulting from agent actions you approve
7. Subscriptions and Billing
The Service offers paid subscription tiers with different features and usage limits
Payments are processed by Stripe — your payment method will be charged the stated subscription fee
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
You can cancel anytime — access continues until the end of the billing period
One-time asset upgrade purchases ($19.99) are non-refundable once generation is complete
8. Data and Privacy
Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
9. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Agent Heights
Agent configurations you create belong to you
Marketplace agents published by the community remain the property of their creators
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. AI agent outputs may be incorrect or inappropriate.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agent Heights shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to data loss, financial loss, or damages from agent actions.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time.
